Kew Gardens (1)

Kew Gardens was beautiful, and 

had many huge old trees.

and beautiful water gardens,

and beautiful rose bowers.

Hever Castle (2)

Hever castle had a chapel.

 And a family of swans.

 And beautiful rose gardens.

Thames

 Ham House is very near the Thames 

river. The paddle-boat reminded 

me of the Mississippi.

The tide was coming in, and 

the current was very fast.

The bike and walking path was 

busy on a sunny day.

We had supper that night 

in a pub on the river.

Ham House

Ham House is a Stuart mansion.

 

 It had beautiful, tree-lined paths.

And interesting gardens.
